these are adjustable stretch tabs that allow you to adjust between 1" foward and back to pull out chain slack. 
the brake bracket comes detached and can always be swapped out to run a larger rotor.
tensioner bolts can be added. black ones will be sent or whatever is in stock at the time.
 
-brackets drop your ride height 2" being welded even with the bottom of frame.
